Top 10 Podcasts on Education
I have been podcasting and revelling in the world of podcasts.
You wont believe but Podcasts have indeed become a daily routine for me as it gives me the much talked about “ME Space” after a tiring day at work and it also augments my knowledge. Just imagine, closing your eyes and instead of listening to soothing music, you listen to stories and experiences of someone across the world- just like you! It helps you connect with another human, another story, and another experience! It is an education in itself!
What do I gain?
You may be tempted to ask me, What do you learn Ambuj?
Well, there are many things actually! Each podcast episode has its own story, it’s own thought process and its’ own conviction. Podcasters all over the world are looking for opportunities to establish their own channel of subject matter expertise in their own unique way.
Sounds similar to the news channels that we hear and then switch on to the other? Yes and No! While, today i’m talking about Podcasts on Education, and there are many channels that educate you in Audio-Visual format but Podcasts on Education are convenient and quite different. Plus, the content creator and content consumer is not dependent on time to relay content and the content is more suited to the listener’s interest. The level of customization suited to my needs makes me write this blog post on Podcasts for Education.
Apart from the content created, there are other things that I get to learn from observing these podcast channels.
- Structure of the Episode– Each episode has a structure- a teaser, main audio content and the exit music. As I said earlier, each podcast channel is unique and so, is each podcast episode.
- Storytelling– Each podcast channel host or content creator has his or her own manner of storytelling. Since storytelling is highly subjective, there is something to learn from every episode.
- Fresh, hot, brewing Content– Each Podcast on Education has a compelling and highly relevant topic under discussion. Either it is a single person narration or an industry specialist who shares his/her story, the podcast episode has a nice takeaway.
- Learn to Use: Due to the above mentioned reasons, I learn to add a style of storytelling, a podcast episode format, engagement features to my own podcast channel- Social Buzz podcast

This is that story.
